Site Assessment ( Survey of the Location)
It is very important to know how optimal your location is for Building and running a commercial Adventure Park . It may be flat land or have considerable topography . It may be run an Adventure Park successfully or not .
Cost of the Survey – Rs 100000/- one time , with return Air ticket , accommodation , meals and transfers for two persons .
For More than 20 activities - 100000/- ( Max.)
For less than 20 activities - 50000/- ( Min.)and 5000/- for every additional activity .
In this survey we have to do proper Inspection and analyze your land and the Location . And then we calculate and provide the data for that you can run a safe and enjoyable Adventure Park in your Location .
NOTE - Don't worry ! This fees will Adjust in the Project cost in future when you start your project.
